Congratulations to Dr. Wunder, Dr. Ferguson and Anthony Griffin at Mt. Sinai Hospital in Toronto for enrolling the 40th patient into the PARITY trial. We are well on our way to the pilot sample size of 100 patients. Congratulations are also extended to Boston Children’s Hospital in the United States and the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia for enrolling their first patients into the PARITY trial.

PARITY currently has 14 sites actively enrolling patients across Canada, the United States, Australia and Argentina and will be opening another 7 sites in North America in the next month.

With PARITY’s early demonstrated success, the PARITY Methods Centre has been busy writing grant applications to fund the definitive phase of the trial.

Grant applications are currently under review at the National Cancer Institute (NCI) in the United States and the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR).
