As per the documents, the transaction was officially registered in August 2025. The deal, valued at Rs 5 crore, included a stamp duty payment of Rs 30 lakh and registration charges of Rs 30,000, underscoring the high value of the property. The apartment boasts a built-up area of 108.25 sq m and a carpet area of 90 sq m (970.71 sq ft) and also includes one dedicated garage space.According to the report, the locality has become people's first choice because of its excellent connectivity to major business hubs like the Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC) and Lower Parel, as well as easy access to the Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport.
